Marcelo Burlon | Fall Winter 2016
The latest collection of Marcelo Burlon County of Milan once again pays tribute to the seasonal characteristic theme of the brand, coming in the form of tribal looks, equipped with Patagonia and all of its related motifs.
Shown in Milan in an industrial space, models trotted down the runway to the sounds of Pink Floyd. Burlon, a buddhist into shamanism, cited shamanic rituals as inspiration for the show. Burlon also remind us that his label is a lot more than just a brand, rather, a lifestyle.
With the occasional orange-toned oversized pieces sent down the runway, expect pieces of distressed denim, pullovers with attached scarves and printed bomber jackets along with the expected ponchos, made of embroidered fabrics and an assortment of graphic-heavy designs and symbols.
