"Blue Collar" | Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh Spring Summer 2016

In his latest bid to mould OFF-WHITE from streetwear to a more menswear silhouette, 'Blue Collar' - the name of Virgil Abloh's latest Spring 16 men's collection, was meant to be a collection titled 'Blue Collar', but for a line of white collar clothes. The transition of looks is particularly evident this season.

Maintaining efforts to keep the charm of the brand, he modified the classic shapes of coats, shirts and pants, through promoting the ordinary, and demoting any form of formality you would normally expect to find on the traditional shapes. Keeping to his signature T-shirts with eye-catching prints, this season's construction places focus on workwear, which was inspired by Royal Mail uniforms.

The latest addition to the brand's accessories line is the trio of backpacks that appear in similar shades as the rest of the collection - bleached camouflage, black marble and plain black, with the brands signature contrasting diagonal stripes  graphic that appear on the back of the bags.
